This week we explore confidence. I am "arrogant, condescending, think I’m better than everyone and an asshole." I am also "authentic, can be trusted when it matters, loyal, and a leader who is put in the game, meeting, or situation, when it matters." The characteristics I have in my life have led me to be called all of those names quite often. We live in a world that values confidence while also hating and resenting it at the same time I want my kids to be confident and I see that in them. I also see how the world treats that confidence.
